I really like this combination of textures and colour blocking. The smoked red eyeshadow really intensifies the eyes to compliment this fierce, bold outfit. Chain collar necklace and feather earring accessories by H&M.

Outfit of the Day: Autumn leaves

This outfit was inspired by the golding of the autumn leaves. (Cue the Thumbelina soundtrack- one of my favourite films for this time of year!) I absolutely adore the bow detail and sheer material of this blouse, making it casual yet elegant- an amazing find at the charity shop for only £1! I really like the colour combination and contrast of the snowwhite blouse paired with the russet trousers.

Look of the Day: my sister

I've always looked up to my sisters for fashion inspiration and admired their style. Today Danni was kind enough to let me photograph her wonderful outfit. I particularly love the use of colour blocking and the way she has layered different fabrics and textures. The vivid red and emerald green are completely appropriate colours for this frosty and festive season! She accented this outfit with simplistic gold jewellery and a matching golden iPhone case.

Wrapping up for winter!

 Today I popped into town to pick up some materials for my DIY Christmas gifts. It is so cold outside but I love seeing all the fairy lights and roasted chestnut stalls in town. It feels so cosy and festive! I wrapped up warm in my fur trimmed coat from Peacocks and grey woollen dress from H&M. I paired this outfit with thick, patterned knee-high socks from Primark and brown detailed boots from Newlook. Accessory wise, I am wearing these adorable owl earrings with red gem eyes and gold midi rings from River Island. The nail polish I'm wearing is Cappuccino by Barry M; I love the shiny finish and think it's a perfect colour for fall.
